Funding by the German ministry of foreign affairs ended on June 30th, 2004.
Due to this we had to discontinue our social programs for the former POWs. However, our lawyers, psychologists and computer teachers continued on a smaller scale as volunteers.
The „Society for Humanitarian Research“ (Baku) in December 2004 funded a journey of the IWG to Baku.
